The villa is stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels.

QDo I need to bring household supplies?

A starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and garbage bags are provided. You will need to provide additional supplies, including the items mentioned. Some suggestions are dishwasher detergent, liquid dish soap, foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags, shampoo.

QWhat about blow dryers?

All bathrooms are equipped with a blow dryer.

QAre pets permitted?

QIs smoking permitted?

A
There is no smoking permitted inside the villa. This is strictly enforced. Smoking is allowed outside the house in the screened pool area.

QWhat does the home offer for entertainment?

There is a PS2 game system with assorted games in the great room. There is a Gamecube system with assorted games in the twin bedroom. There are assorted toys, puzzles, games, and books provided. In addition, there is a games room with air hockey, and an 8 ft. pool table. The villa also has high speed internet access. There are many books and DVD movies.

QWhat baby equipment is provided?

The villa has the following: Crib, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, pack-and-play, toddler bed rails, baby gate at top and bottom of stairs, and night lights. Child safe door alarms are provided for safety. The kitchen is supplied with sippy cups and children’s plates and bowls.

QCan I park in the garage?

A
The garage has been converted to the games room. There is ample parking in the driveway. Parking is not permitted on the street overnight. RVs and campers are not allowed to be parked in the Formosa Gardens neighborhood.
