Pool & Spa
Our southwest facing, 45 ft. pool is one of the biggest in Formosa! The swimming area starts at 3 feet deepening to 6 ft. The attached spa can be heated to a glorious 102 degrees. What a great way to relax after a long day at the parks! Our fully covered lanai offers both sun and shade. You will find plenty of tables and chairs, along with loungers for those who want to worship the sun. read more »
Seven Bedrooms
Three of the king master suites are located on the first floor. In addition, there is a bedroom with a castle bunk bed – full bed on the bottom, twin on top. On the second floor you will find the fourth king master suite. The sixth bedroom has two full beds. The seventh bedroom has two twin “car” beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is situated between them in the hall. read more »
Entertainment
The game room in our Disney rental house is a great place to go to enjoy a game of pool or air hockey. Our home offers a Gamecube system with various games, and a Sony PS3 with games. There is a large supply of board games and dvd movies. Toys for the kids, and also quite a nice selection of books for those who would like to relax and read. read more »

The pool at Mickey’s Oasis has an attached spa, in addition to a Mickey shaped splash pool!The large sun deck provides ample room for outdoor enjoyment. All seven bedrooms at Mickey’s Oasis have flat screen televisions and blu-ray players. Three of the king master suites are located on the first floor, with an additional king suite on the second floor. The home boasts three children’s themed rooms – including a castle bunk bed! Our recently designed theatre room is a must! Leather theatre seating makes a comfortable spot to enjoy some relaxing time indoors watching a movie on the 80-inch wall mounted television! This is not just another website featuring typical Disney rental homes or Disney vacation rental houses. Our Disney rental properties are in Formosa Garden Estates, a gated and walled community, quiet and tranquil, yet just 3 miles from Disney!
They are located less than a mile from a grocery store, pharmacy, medical walk-in clinic, and many, many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Carrabbas and Olive Garden. Once you have stayed at Formosa Gardens, nothing else will compare!
These spacious (4000 sq. ft.), non-smoking villas are situated on large landscaped lots on a quiet cul-de-sac. Each accommodates up to 16 guests. Our homes are fully air conditioned with many amenities, including a large sundeck and ample pool furniture for sunbathing or dining. High-speed internet access is available. No pets allowed.
The Enchanted Retreat has two sitting areas, a game room with a pool table and air hockey, and an over-sized pool with spa. A castle bunk bed and car beds for the younger ones!
Mickey’s Oasis boasts a formal dining room, a new theater room with raised theater chairs, and a Mickey shaped kiddie pool for the little ones. Of course, there is a castle bed!
